Been insanely hot the last week and I can say I see a big difference from pre coil clean and Max Assist install.

I want to do it but I'm afraid ill swamp my interior with water lol

Really not hard to do and with a hose wand I didnt get any in the cab. Just pay attention to where you are spraying.

Never heard of this max assist, but sure interested.

It is worth the 48 bucks in my opinion. Or there is always the ball valve route that is cheaper but you have to manually turn it on and off.

Some trucks are already setup with a unit that does the same thing as the max assist I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. I have a piece already in my heater hose line from the factory.

By the way, good write up. I took my blower out one time but do not recall the coil/heater core being clogged. Will have to double check.

My air does not feel like it blows as much as the sound it makes on high. I could have sworn my 99 used to blow harder but it could just be me
