Adding thermometer/compas?

'08 6.4 Fx4, real nice interior but you don't know the temp or direction you are going, seems weird to me for the "off road package" what does it take to add these? I'm hoping it's just a rear view mirror swap

I've never looked there but in don't think so, I'll check. The thermometer is the more important component

My truck also is missing the outside temperature. And compass. I'm curious if that is something a guy could put in
