advise on check engine light

2011 6.7 120k miles

P1102 (maf) sensor in range but lower than expected

p04da Closed loop (egr) control at limit - flow too high

Truck runs great, originally came to me with a bad #5 Injector and collapsed/dirty air cleaner which has all been replaced

Check engine light is driving me nuts, any direction would be great.

I know you can't really see much, try pulling the MAF sensor out to see if it's dirty? Try blowing it out gently with some compressed air or MAF sensor cleaner. Not familiar with the code, but being "in range" sounds like it's not electrical, just not seeing proper flow. Motor craft air filter?
