do you self a favor....dont buy aftermarket interior carpet if you want it to fit right........i did a lot of research on this when i did my interior change in my red truck, i ended up biting the bullet and getting carpet from ford. It was a little more costly, but fit perfectly. 90% of everyting was already cut out, molded perfectly....i know it gets expensive, but its worth the look, and hassle free install. I have heard horror stories about aftermarket carpet..... just my 2 cents...

I totally agree. I bought the LMC truck carpet for my truck. Took me 8 hours to cut out and fit in....I'm a perfectionist, and I still couldn't get it to be 'just right'. LMC said it was 'OEM' but that was bs. Lots of cutting and it just didn't fit right.
I bit the bullet and pulled out the LMC one and bought it from Ford. Ford sells it for the supercab for about 500 bucks, but I got a ford buddy of mine to get it for dealer price of 370. Well worth it.

Bringing this back, I ordered a kit from automotive interiors and the price was right but the fitment not so much.
I had a hour of fitting last night and didnt like how it layed, so today spent 2 hours moving it around and its better just not great lol.
This was on a 2007 single cab and if this was a truck I drove everyday I wouldnt use
this carpet again.

I got mine from stock interiors. I had to trim it under the dash but it didn't take that long with a razor knife. Other that that it fit fine, and was molded right. I don't mind doing a couple of hours worth of trim work to save $200-300

I will probably go that route again when I switch my current truck over to black interior.

black or grey

I tell you what BlueWaffle. I believe in good mojo and I admire your build. As I wrote earlier, I installed a Ford carpet product in mine because I'm super anal.

You can HAVE my black LMC carpet that I took out. Only had it in for 4 months before I took it out. Give it a shot and try it out. It's for a 2006 extended cab, but it should work for your truck. Just cut out the back seat portion and make it fit your regular cab. It's just sitting in my garage gathering dust. I'd rather you just had it .... no strings attached...well maybe just shipping costs.

Let me see what shipping something like that to Texas from Virginia costs and I will get back to you on how to do it. Lemme know if you are interested or if you have concerns.

Just finished off my conversion.

Had the standard XL vinyl floor and cloth bench. Went with the stockinteriors.com floor, was a fairly simple install when the trucks apart. I took my time and cut off a little at a time. Also did the F650 dash for my switches and put in grey Lariat chairs from an 05. Full power adjust and heat. And my 15lb armrest of fun. And did the instrument dash black along with the pillars, floor trim and door panels.

Just need to track down an 08 console to finish it off.

Did you spraypaint the door panels? Looks swirly in the first pic.

I like the contrast btw! All grey is blech! I had blue interior in my 94 3/4ton. I hated it so bad after three years I vowed to have.grey in my next truck. I always ran grey. Then I got my 00 and it had tan which I didnt really like. Then my 03 had tan. Fast forward, lots of grey interiored trucks have come and gone and I gotta say I love my tan interior in my 00 lariat and my lincoln ls. I had another ls and it was black over black and that got old too. For me tan is the balls.

Thinking about doing black seats with tan inserts and the black dash bezel/steering wheel like you did. Looks nice!

Ya, sprayed them until I can find a black set... Might be hard being non power.

Thanks. I was debating having the seats turned black but am worried it could go south
