Air pressure in Toyo MT ?

I'm sure someone here can save me a lot of experimenting. What pressure do these things like for the best wear? Looks like about 65psi in them now.

I have always ran 60/55 with the toyos. I tried 55 in the front but the steering felt sluggish.

I'm running 60 front and 55 rear now.
Wonder if lowering all around would be beneficial.
Granted I can just air up the rear when towing a gooseneck

With my '05, I ran the 35x12.50-18 Toyo MTs on the stock 18"x8" wheel that came on that truck. The set I put on were used and down to about 35% when I installed them, and they liked 65 in the front just fine for my driving style which is a bit aggressive into corners. But 65 in the rear towing my 11k 5th wheel (scaled at 5000lbs on the front axle, 5000lbs on the rear axle, 10,000lbs on the trailer axles loaded up with the family and out stuff) I centered out the rears in 10k miles of towing a couple summers back, and still got another 15k miles out of the fronts from that set. Having learned that, even towing I won't be running more than 50-55psi in the rears running the same size tires on my E99 with the '05 axles and '05 18x8 wheels.

With your tire being a 33" diameter on a 22" wheel, the width will play into the pressure a bit too. A wider (10.5-12") wheel should need a bit more pressure than a narrower (8.5-10") wheel to keep the tread flat as the beads and sidewalls spread.

I run 45 up front and 40 in the rear on my AT2s in a 35x12.50r20, and ran 40 all the way around on my 08 with the MTs in a 37x13.50r20. They ride SO much better with less pressure and still seem to wear evenly. I'm not sure I'd go that low with a 22 on a smaller sidewall like that, but I would at least drop it to 50.

Take a grease pin or something and draw a line across the tread.
Drive straight for a little bit and dont turn.
Look at the line.
Gone in the middle too much air.
Gone on the sides not enough air.

Not sure what the TPMS is set to go off at, but running 30psi on my wife's truck (without TPMS) makes it ride much better. My buddy takes his 2012 dually down to 35psi and he gets a better ride and tire life has been excellent.

oh yeah, im running 45 in the front and 30 in the rear right now with my ATZ's trying to get them riding better on the interstate but for tire wear and overall ride with Toyo MT's 55/40 is best combo

I dropped them from 65 all around to 60/55 last night. It's not far enough to work to get a good feel for them but it did seem to be a little smoother.

I run 35s on 20s and they get a piddle louder but I run 50 front and rear and still tow my horse trailers at that psi. Smoother ride yet still stiff enough to feel comfortable. Idk about your 22's and 33's. I'd go lower in the rear.

sidewall is stiff not matter what, i really dont feel that the size of the wheel or tire really makes that big of a difference. I have had the same results with 35s or 37s on 20s and same with 18s. on my toyo proxes same pressures applied on treadwear.

Lowered mine to 38/35 and it rides much better. TPMS light goes off though. My buddy runs 35/30 on his '12 dually with 37s and they wear very even. Ride great too. Only airs the rears up to 40 when he tows 15K.

35/1250/18 on 9" wide wheels, 45 front and 40 rear, tow 6-12k bumper pull no problems, tire wear is smooth and even, rides and drives great. Should get 45-50k out of this set at this wear rate.
