Air vents not switching

Check and MAKE SURE the pump is operating. The black box is a vacuum reservoir, so when you pull the line off, nothing should come out - atmospheric pressure should rush in, making a hiss. (That is if it holds vacuum.)

If the pump works, now you have to inspect the vacuum lines for leaks. In my experience, most of the issues are with cracked reservoirs and lines that have rubbed through on something metal causing a loss of vacuum.

My hubs lock when I put it in 4wd. Those lines are good.

this is probably an inaccurate evaluation also,, no vacuum = no hub function

just because the 4x4 light illuminates doesn't mean your hubs locked

KOEOff does the pump run? Itll putter like a.fish.tank bubbler. If its not running then you need to get that.squared away. Im not saying it.doesnt work but make sure. Turning the esof knob and.getting a light to come on doesnt mean jack. Im trying.to.help so.dont take this.the wrong.way. Its an easy problem to.throw parts at. Ive been.down this road and helped a couple people personally to.fix.their.

Yes the pump runs. KOEOff the pump runs like it supposed to. I only switched it to 4x4 to see if i was getting vacuum at the hubs.

Its not making a hiss when i pull the lines off it. When the weather clears up ill go check everything again.

My hubs were working before i switched over to the warn manuals. Now im not getting vacuum anywhere after the reservoir. I capped the vacuum likes at the hubs too.
