You can tell in that video that bag is not or barely pressurized, just acting like a dampener. Of course if it were bolted down and the axle dropped that much it would tear the bag apart too. The proper methods to prevent over stretching a bag at high speeds or jumping your rig is limiting straps or a "prerunner" style shock designed to limit axle travel.
