Alignment can issues

I was doing the icon 2.5 kit on my truck and everything went fine until I got to the alignment cams.

How is everyone getting them out?

Mine will not budge so I'm at a stand still. The truck is an 08 f350.

I can't remember the end I know it had a pitch upward. Like a pry bar.

Yeah it wasn't easy but I got them out and my truck is a 12 lol. I broke a chunk off of one of them.
