Sounds like boost leaks AND poor oil pressure are hampering your abilities.

Take all your uppipes and connections off and re-install correctly.

The oil pump, idk, never messed with one on a 7.3.

What do you mean it loses lube pressure? What does it do or how do u know it loses lube pressure? No way u got somethin goin on with 175s, a d66, stealth, and 6.0l intercooler that thing should tow pretty good.
