I've had that happen to me. Injector hung and poured tons of fuel in the oil pan, had lots of blow by too.

That sensor is on the right fuel rail isn't it.

I just didn't think I'd see more blow by with a inj failure.

Blow by on a hot engine looks much more pronounced then a cold one.

No you are gonna have to remove the glow plugs and put a compression gauge on each cylinder

I know a cracked piston throws that code, but couldn't a sticky injector do the same? I am betting Tony could say for sure.
