I'm actually in the middle of swapping in a 468 right now and will be run on the stockers for a while. Didn't have the coin for injectors at the time my turbo went out.

there is absolutely zero reason a 200% nozzle to smoke in anything short of a hot street or race tune...before I sold my 6 speed truck running 200% nozzles...I had multiple multiple programs that I could grab 6th gear...at 35mph...stuff the pedal through the carpet and get exactly zero smoke..literally none.
cap the injector pulse width
set the pulse width multipliers to 1..and keep the ICP pressure map biased to rpm instead of 'mass fuel desired' (think of it as pedal position)...
there are also low boost fueling tables that can limit the volume of fuel injected...so there are many ways to tune to effectively limit the injected volume of fuel.
We routinely build, dyno & ship complete engines with 300/200's to guys that want the 'most power they can get, while still being able to tow, daily drive smoke free'
granted this type of tuning isn't going to make a chit ton of power at low rpm/low boost, but you'll be able to keep up with and pass pretty much anything on your daily commute without a drop of smoke.
I have 'snap test' programs for customers in Colorado, California, Canada, etc...where the emissions/opacity test is basically a full throttle blast of the pedal...nothing magical...just limit the effing fuel being injected and that nozzle won't smoke a drop.
everyone likes to think that EGT's and smoke are soooo dependent on turbocharger setups...but I could (and occasionally do) sell 300/200's to guys with bone stock freaking trucks that need injectors now but don't have annnny of the other 'necessary' components on the vehicle to make near the peak power of that injector.
obviously if 'a' customer had zero plans of ever utilizing such an injector to its' potential, I wouldn't recommend such an injector..
there is no reason (in my opinion) to run the 80% or 100% nozzles...it's just a tweener nozzle that offers none of the benefits of the 30%, and nowhere near the capabilities of the 200s.
30%'s can make a clean 425rwhp on a race tune...and 200% nozzles can make 700+rwhp yet can be detuned to run like stock (or less/I] than stock hp if someone wanted it.
Yup like he said, and if you planned on running smaller injectors with an s468 you could run it with a .90 housing for a while then if you put something big in you can swap just the housing out for a 1.10.
