Anybody have a electronic air temp control

Mine quit on me and I'm searching for one. It's going in a 06. Maybe somebody knows where a wrecked truck is that has one. Let me know what you have thanks!

Do you have a number I can text you a pic. It's what you turn your heater or a/c on and turn temp up or down, right under the radio.
