I'm going to mess with it tomorrow... Looks like I need to fix the washer bottle now too...

Went to fill it up today, and $6 worth of fluid went leaking out the fender liner... Next question...

Does the washer bottle come out from the top or from the bottom? Looks like it will come out the fender liner?

I melted a hole in mine when I turned my truck on and forgot to reinstall the headlight into the headlight housing.. :clapping:

Its a pain in the butt, but takes no more than 20 minutes.

How does it come out, or how did you take it out?

I see two 8 or 10mm bolts, but thats as far as I got in the O'reillys parking lot.

Once the battery tray is out, I think there are three, two below and one up on the fender. Once that is done, pull it out and disconnect the hose. The pump stays on the tank.

Pulled the res... hose just came off.

Did find an old fuel pressure sender down there and a 13mm deep socket!

Pulled the drivers side sprayer and cleaned it. Didnt help, I'll just get a new one ASAP.

Unfortunately no one here stocks Superdutys unless a truck dismantler happens to get one in auction. Even then they strip the big things like doors and seats and ship it off again.

I used to turn them around backwards and spray people when they jaywalked in front of the truck.

Don't know how to fix them though.

Hahaha. I have never even thought of that. I've wanted to put one on the back somehow to spray tailgaters. Funny now but if you did it to me I'd probably be pissed. Haha

Fixed it today with a staple! LOL... Working perfect now. A needle was too big, but a staple worked perfect!

How about a windshield wiper fluid level gauge, and a backpressure gauge so you know when it's getting dirty again.

Just kidding Joe, sorta.

A level gauge would be the most useful thing. Nothing like needing it and going to use it and nothing happens except wipers moving.
