Anyone running the FuelLab 200?

I still need lines made and not sure how to go about installing this. Morgan @ Midwest said the factory lift pump gets bypassed. Now, question is, do I run the new lines all the way up to the fuel bowl or do I cut the factory hard lines and join in the new lines?
