I like black wheels on a solid color truck , really like the death metal style .

I like black/tan or.black.silver trucks with black wheels. White, red, silver, or.black.ptm with black wheels looks damn good in my opinion. The navy ones.are pretty snazzy too.

But.35 years of only chrome and machined aluminum isnt? Dont.get me wrong I love bright wheels too but products are.cheap shti nowadays and chrome is garbage.

Polished wheels are nice but living in the rustbelt I haaaated my 18x14 welds. I will never polish that chit again. I really like your wheels but they dont work on everything.

Right.now Im running 20x12 throttles in black machined and couldnt be happier.

I think people.should do what they want and quit trying to fit in.

I agree, polishing wheels is a pain in the ass and no chrome holds up these days. However, I had 20x14 black machined hostages on my truck and hated them. The fact that its a blue and silver truck with chrome grill and bumpers and then having black wheels just didn't work. Too many colors. Although, I definitely miss how easy those wheels were to clean.

Ya man you think they could get the vinyl wrap close? I may just leave my bumpers chrome and paint the grill surround and then the Cs inside the grill to match. I feel like on my truck with my platinum wheels it will looks the best. Well I hope. I need to get rid of these stock tires though. I hate michilens so bad and they are way to skinny for these trucks.

I honestly have no idea. There have been posts of the various different looks of the grill combos. I deff like the all body color look.

I'm buying a 6.0 that is the same color, and I already have a set of black and machined wheels sitting in the garage waiting for it. This color just looks awesome with black accents.

With this level of custom nature to the truck I say the black wheel floor the chrome. This is amazing.

And exactly what I was saying about the all PTM grille.

Honestly, I think it looks perfect the way it sits now. But I'm partial to the upgraded stock look you mentioned in the original post. When the day comes that I have a 6.7 in my garage it'll sit just like that! :bowfast:

Appreciated. This is certainly my internal battle. I feel you can get past what 'could' have come from the factory, to ya thats aftermarket. To each there own.

havent had them on long enough.. only been about 2 weeks. He media blasted down and powdercoated so we will see!
