ATS Star Converter for 7.3 4R-100

I have a brand new in the box 5 Star just built by ATS in August for me and it is a stock stall and built for up to 1,000.00 Hp. and 1,500 lb. ft. of torque.
I had to purchase another before i got this because their parts to build this one were on back-order and i could not wait any longer for it. Now I am not swapping it out, too much work...
Paid $1,377.00
will take $1,100.00 Box still has never been opened....I will also give whomever purchases this the original paperwork from ATS for Warranty (5 yr, 500,000 mile)..
