Do the raammat first on everything, then bolt down your adapter over it, then speaker. You can use the silicone or the non hardening modelling clay around the adapter and speaker. Could even set a small bead of silicone under the speaker and let it dry then crush it down with the speaker as a gasket. Then lastly blanket the door with the ensolite, this doesn't have to get pressed/glued down as critically as the mat, just has to be there. Put the door card back on and you are done.
