Yeah, I'm planning to try it. Gonna do just the stock Powermax for a base line first though so I can see how much difference the 68mm makes. But I plan to go bigger after the 68mm.
.

Will the turbo be compounding with the procharger?

Nope, no Procharger for now. Probably gonna put it on something else.

All these people talk about the billet wheel spooling better etc but I have yet to see some hard evidence ie. boost/rpm readings from anyone

Honestly, billet wheels don't have the same variations in design as a foundry cast wheel. Is a truer cut everytime and there is no variation like you can sometimes find in the latter. Plus the metal properties allow for the billet alloy to take higher boost pressures, inlet pressure and temperature better. Basically means a longer life for your turbo.

One benefit to billet i can think of is trying new wheel designs, pitches, counts, etc., without the high cost of casting. Plus the 5-axis machine allows you to do whatever you really want, I.e., Batmo wheels, double batmo, and what not. Not to mention less rotational mass and all that physics jazz

How come, I thought that thing ran nasty fast?

12.5's on fuel going into a GT4202. I would say quick, but far from nasty fast. LOL Biggest thing with the Procharger was driveability. An absolute blast to drive with instant boost and a monster tower. I would've put it back on but the new set-up was just taking too long for my liking. It's still being worked on though (my Procharger is still there) so I may end up with it back on eventually anyway. Only reason I was gonna change it up in the first place was I couldn't get a couple of the idlers to stop squeaking.
