what offset should i use on my 03 f250 with 4inch lift and 35x12.5x17? no tire shop will tell me unless i buy a set of wheels

That is what this calculator is foroke:. Stock 99-04 wheels have 4.5” backspacing and are 7” wide. So that would be 12 or 13mm of backspacing. Now you need to figure out how wide of a wheel you want and how far you want it to stick out past the stock wheel. Then use the calculator and do the math.

I don’t recall what the backspacing is for 05-07 wheels, and know anything of 08+. That might be a useful bit of info for those using this.

If someone has the list of stock wheel size and backspace info for different years I'm sure one of the staff would edit that into the first post for easy access.

I know factory 08-10 wheels are 8" wide. I am not 100% sure on the back spacing though. I believe it is around 6-6.5"....
