Backup Camera

Is there a way to turn off the backup camera? When I try to back a trailer at night the light from the camera is so bright I have a hard time seeing my mirrors.

You can turn the brightness way down in tge options for the backup cam. Not sure about turning it off thou

You can always unpluf the wire to the tailgate, but then youd have a blue screen. Dont know if that would bother you too much or not.

when you are in reverse, a settings button will show on the reverse cam screen. tap it and dim it all the way down.

I have a 1997 f350 with the sport mirrors and was wondering how I would go about putting the obs tow mirrors on cause when I took off my sport mirrors the bolts didn't match up and was wondering if I gotta drill holes or what anything helps thanks

This didn't work. All I have is a magnify button on the screen when in reverse. However, mine dims with the dash lights.
