Probably would have settled but I was checking in a hurry in the rain. Was just starting to close ebpv and ramp up the idle when I shut it back down. Was still running the same cold this morning. I'll give her a dose of PS when I'm back. A friend has the torque app will that pull codes I need or is that just CEL codes?
i am not sure on the app..

Unplug the ICP sensor. See if stuff changes. If it does,Ln the sensor is good. If it doesn't, either the sensor or the wiring is bad.

If you clear the codes, do any come back? Follow the suggestion of looking at ICP wiring, the plug, the sensor. However, if the sensor is bad (its possible) that should have affected power and ICP management across all rpm.

any video? When my obs had a sticking IPR, it would get a real erratic idle that would eventually clear up. No power loss.

With the very sudden running change and fuel purchase at random location, make sure that fuel pressure is good and no water in system.

Lastly, have another CPS?

I cleared codes and nothing came back for a while, while I watched. It just amazes me how it is so loud and running crappy yet it wont throw a code, smoke, power loss, it's just like it's not there. I'll try to get a video up.

when you unplug the icp sensor while its running, does the idle change at all? like a rpm drop or spike or rougher or smoother? anything at all or does it stay the same?

Add a broken flexplate to your list of possibilities. That would be my internet diagnosis. Its probably cracked around the bolts. You will know when it completely comes apart, when the engine is still running and the truck stops moving.

I was starting to think the same. Mostly due to the way the sound is loaded/unloaded. Guess I will be sliding back the transmission again.

Yea I know sorry about quality. Yes the idle skips a beat when icp is unplugged.
