Bad up pipe again?

I replaced my up pipes about 3 months ago in an attempt to get rid of a moaning sound on my truck. Didn't work, that turned out to be the turbo. Now I have a high pitched squeal at start up or after idling for a few minutes. Sounds like an exhaust leak, like when you don't get the up pipe connection to the turbo right. Would leaking bellows only do it at start up or would they be continuos? It would suck if these pipes failed after only 3 months! Is there a way to test them on the vehicle? I've checked every connection twice and they seem good.

You can usually hear them leak at idle to about 1200 rpm, at least that's how mine was. Went through 2 sets of stock up pipes then finally had HD bellows welded in.
