Banks parts needed

Can anyone get me the mounting kit for a banks hi-ram 2005 F350. Need the mounting hardware and any gaskets. Also I need IC boots that are 3" on the intercooler side and 3.5" on the pipe side.

Im running the banks pipe and high ram with a stock IC.
