The 2.5 has a larger turbine wheel and is very loud lol

Some people complain about the whistle, but it is awesome. I love the sound. My Stage 2 is awesome. I even bumped my FICM tune up to the Atlas 80 with this turbo. I can't wait to bump up my injectors a little. I'm running the single plane billet wheel on the compressor side and the 03'/PMax 10 turbine wheel.

I noticed with my truck it smokes less with the Hercules on compared to the 40 and 80

Really? What did your EGT's do?
I just bumped my FICM tune up from the 40 to the 80 since the S2 was running so well. The single plane wheel really pulls out down low. This is by far, the most fun my truck has ever been.

If I remember correctly they dropped a bit. I'll be letting another guy from the org try out my ficm tuner so I might switch mine and double check. I'll let you know what his does too since he has a Barder stage 2 w/ stock sticks as well.

Awesome. My temps went up a shade going from the 40 to the 80. Not much, but some.
