Battery clamp replacement/passenger side

What's the popular replacement for the positive battery clamp on the passenger side?

Looks like a specialty Ford item
With both hot wires incorporated into it.

I guess I could just cut it off and put a standard clamp on.
And then crimp on a copper ring terminal going over to the driver side battery.

Any thoughts?

Yeah I know, it's been used and abused for years.

The longer threads were for accessories that I no longer have.

I'm replacing both batteries tomorrow morning

You can buy factory style replacements on ebay, rockauto, sunrise ford...

I'd just get a new cable. By the time that you cut off the ends and place eyes onto the cable the cables may end up too short.

Well I ended up going with the "mil spec" type Terminals.

They are pretty nice and made in USA for what that's worth these days.

The rubber covers are nice but not really practical if there is more than one larger wire.
I didn't end up using the cover on the positive passenger side.

Stock cables were plenty long enough.
I used copper ring terminals from napa
Crimped and shrink tubed.
came out nice/I am satisfied.
