So not sure if I have a problem or not...I have had my egr deleted for a while now and I have the block off plate where the lower cooler is located, i didn't fully remove that pipe. well that bellow is blown out. I just saw the soot didn't hear anything, but not sure if this is going to cause a problem. I do want to go 6.0 manifolds and HD up pipes but I wasn't planning on right now, but may as well get some input and prices lol

Are you sure it's the crossover pipe that is leaking? I've blown the stock drivers side up pipes 3 times now but never had an issue with the crossover pipe. If it is the crossover then you can always just pull it out of there and move your block off plate up top. You will have to relocate your EBP sensor then though.

Look at the brace on the egr crossover near the bottom of the pipe, it is probably cracked there.

yeah mine cracked at the brace on the egr pipe, I just removed it and moved the block off plate up top, also stopped the ebp problems you have when the condensation freezes in there

You have to drill and tap the block off plate for the EBP.
That pipe is FUN to get out with the cab on. I had to cut mine on the bottom where it bends for the coolers and the top where it bends to go vertical to get it out.

:whs: I don't have a lift yet so everything is cab on for me. You could probably get it out just pulling off one side. Both mine were out when I did mine also though.

Thank god for a two piece down pipe. Took out both up pipes and the the egr pipe came out over the trans after getting the right angle on it

Sawzall the bottom bend off and do the same at the top and it will come right out. That's how I got mine off and I didn't remove anything else to get it out
