Go with a 75% nozzle. I tow with my 06 running 350-100's I had 350-75's and with a s366 making 50psi the 75% nozzle injector pulls harder. When I went to the 350-100's it runs hotter and power went down a little. 100% nozzles actually over fuel to much with the race file. With a s475 it would be ideal. The 350-75's felt like a solid 675rwhp and there is plenty of fuel left over.

What kind of hpop mods are you running with that big of injector? You tow often with it? How street able is it, like dd friendly still??

Also, Can someone school me on the hybrid seen .. Like what's the big pros an cons?

I tow quite often. Went out to Cincinnati OH last week to pick up a truck. I pull a 24' gooseneck. I see a max of 1250-1300egts with the tow tune, could not hit a hill steep enough on the way back to even make it go to full power in OD no down shifting just set the cruse and roll. Got about 10mpg holding 75mph. My 06 CR got 9 mpg with same load. Tow tune makes a max of just over 40psi of boost with Barders billet 66 running a open 88 hot side.

I got the latest twin pump kit in testing on it. All hard line and a fully floating pump. Pump sees no side load what so ever.

With a hot tune I can bury 1600egt gauge in a few seconds.

Btw EGTs on flat ground with empty trailer at 70-75mph are around 850-900
