I have the H&S, and plan to buy the Spartan from Holderdown so I can monitor with the Spartan and tune with the H&S. The Spartan is 529.99 from Holderdown but all you can do is data log and monitor gauges. NO tuning.

We offer this because some guys really like H&S or SCT for tuning and DashDAQ just for gauges that way you don't have to buy tuning w/ DashDAQ if you don't want to.

Slight derail, Jeff have you ever heard of anyone running a OBD2 port spliter so they can run the Spartan and the H&S at the same time? Im not trying to stack tunes or anything, I just want the shift on the fly ability, and still be able to monitor running the H&S and the Spartan. Shoot me a pm if ya have any info. I posted on here but didnt get an answer.

I've been thinking about doing the splitter for a different reason. The one from H&S sticks out farther than my old SCT connector (because the power source cord is also connected to the adapter) did so and with boots on, I keep quicking the damn thing when I go to shift gears. If anyone tries the splitter, please post the results.

This is what I am using: http://www.obd2cables.com/products/obd-cables/obd-ii-cables/cable-j1962m-to-2-j1962f-y-cable-1ft.htmlI have been running 2 Dashdaq's for monitoring. I hate switching screens to monitor different things. With 2 DD's I can see every I want without switching back and forth. I currently use SCT for tuning. When I tune the truck I unplug the spliter tune it then plug the spliter back in.

Have you had any problems with the splitter?

I will get some pics up when I can.

Once in a while when I start them up one of the parameters wont work on one of the DD's. Some times I can click on the one thats not working and click save and it will work again. But rarely if that doesnt work I have to shut one down and restart it to make them all work if that makes sense. But overall I am very happy with this set up.
