Hi guys,
Just joined up here.. Funny, I thought my tour was done in 71 when I got out but it looks like I am baaaaaaack.... :redspotdance:
I'm a certified journeyman mechanic with diesel training but have been working in the technology sector now for the last 40 years. I still keep my skills sharp building race cars and all manner of fabrication in addition to doing the occasional flip.. Some flip in slo-mo....
Anyway - I have a new 2015 F350 on order and hope to be able to learn more about the new generation diesels here.. My most recent truck diesel was a 6.9 in my 84 F250 that I bought new. I did have a motorhome in 2000 with a CAT3126B in it.
I cut my teeth on the old Detroit variants including the venerable 6-71..
