Block Heater

Does anyone know what the part number is for a block heater cord? Or were to get one from besides ford? Thanks

Ford cords are about 60 to 80 bucks. go to a local heavy duty/semi truck supply and buy one...they are about $20. all block heaters have the same style connector.

You should minimally have the heater in the oil filter base. Are you sure there is no chord? It should have had one from the factory.

Trucks from states that are not designated a cold weather state came with the heaters, no cords.

My truck came out of Florida it has heater with cord.

My 03 and my 04 came with a cord, and my 07 never did

Most 03/04's have them tucked up inside the passenger side bumper near the tow hook. 05 and up came without as far as I know.. My 05 that I bought new out of Maine did not come with one..
