Auto meter Ultra lite my boost needle flutters whenever over 10 psi. I heard there is a buffer I can install inline. Anyone have any other quick and easy fixes or info on the buffer?

Some seem to have flutter and some dont, I dont. But you can use 1/4 OD line instead of the 1/8 OD line. That will get rid of the flutter, but you will need new fittings for the source and the back of the gauge.

Installed 1/4" Nylon line, still tapped into the MAP sensor, and no more fluttering. Thanks.

Am I a chump for tapping off the MAP line instead of the intake elbow or manifold, or is it ok?
