What size injectors you running? With my 190/75's....I don't think I'd want to go bigger than the .83. As far as the turbine wheel....I see that a 68 and a 71 are an option. I ran a 71on my last 64mm non vgt and it worked great. But with the T4 .83 housing being bigger than the T3 .70 housing...I'm not sure if I should go with the 71 or 68 turbine wheel.

I'm running the 62FMW on stock injectors and it spools pretty damn easy (T4 setup with Matt's up-pipes and the .83 divided housing). FICM tuning helped a lot too. I can imagine an injector size increase and a 64.5 would be a damn fun truck.

I found out that the downpipe needs to be modified to run the 64.5mm fmw....I didn't realize that.

With that particular housing we had to cut the down pipe flange off and move it 1 inch, that was it. Not sure on other housings but this one had a longer than normal exhaust housing outlet.

Truck runs and spools great but would likely spool even better with a set of 175-190cc injectors. The customer is pulling a camper back up north and is going to report back to me on how it all worked out.

Sorry guys, this is the 68mm turbine with a 1.10 housing. Long story short customer was stranded at TS and we ended up with truck here then he wanted to do some upgrades while we had it. This is what we had in stock and wanted to give it a try to get the customer back on the road. Results so far are impressive, a smaller 1.0 or .91 would be great with these 155cc injectors!

HTT how is offering that standard outlet .83 housing so you don't need to modify the down pipe

compounds, or more air. But the cost is more lag typically compared to a similar sized vgt set up. Non vgt turbos are also typically cheaper.
