Brake hose help needed

Having no luck finding left rear caliper to axle hard line hose. Discontinued for Ford and no luck for parts stores. Keep getting ones too long that the stores say fit. It's for a early 99 build dually and that's the problem. Collifower stopped making hoses in September. Nothing wrong with the hose except age and really do not want to use it if I can replace it. It's the last one in a complete brake line replacement project. Anybody have any ideas as to where I can get this?

Take the old hose to a hydraulic hose shop. Many, if not most, can make another one for you.
