What does the "oil cooler kit" consist of? Does it fully replace a bad oil cooler? Or is it a rebuild kit?

Thanks JAP. I'm gonna let my buddy know. We did an egr delete on his 04 a couple of years ago, and just recently he noticed an oil leak by where the oil cooler is. Also when they were towing recently, he said the oil temps were way higher than normal, like 50+ higher than coolant temps.
