Well, finally got everything on and running.

1st.....what a choir it was to get that setup on cab down.
It got the better of me a few times lol.

Spool up is dam near what i would consider instant.
The factory 0 - 40 boost gauge looks more like a tach.

The difference between this setup and my stock fuel with HP Jr's isn't comparable......don't get me wrong.....I loved stk fuel with HP Jr's..... it was a blast too.

It just doesn't stack up to the pure giggle factor that a dual pump - big turbo setup induces.

Here's a few completed pics.

Cleans it up real good.

anything from at speed it barely hazes.
Mind you it can be made to smoke if that's what your trying to do.

Overall I would say smoke control is excellent

Did a few WOT runs from 50 -1xx mph.

EGTs haven't gotten over the 1400 range
I'm monitoring with dashdaq and Dustin's low pressure and total boost wiring harness for the dashdaq.

So far with regulator shut and the wastegate only working off of spring pressure I've seen.

Max total boost - 71psi
max atmo boost - 30psi
back pressure, using the dashdaq (absolute value ) 80psi during max boost st....seen BP briefly max that sensor at 87.7 before it cam down to settle at 80.

Smoke is a slight haze at WOT.

82mm precision atmo, 1.12 a/r with 85mm turbine
62mm vgt
Precision 46npmm gate.....no idea on what spings as they were already in place.....dumping into the atmo.

Very impressive. Sounds like an awesome setup.

It's the best spooling setup iv had on my truck.....I'd say it's on par with a tuned - deleted, stock turbo truck.

It goes from 5psi to 60+ instantly.

Not sure what contributes the most to the improved Spool up.
But if I had to guess I'd probably say its the dual pumps with bigger injectors.

I think I've fallen in love with your setup.... This is exactly my goal! Can you PM so I could pick your brain about your tranny and engine?

On the dashdaq the top left is atmo boost, down one is total boost. next down is back pressure in absolute.
Top right is throttle %.

This is wot from a slow roll.

Just puttin along, but you can see the PID speed difference with the mini max off.
