We put stand pipes and dummy plugs in my dad's 05 today. He broke a barb off the radiator can it be fixed or is a new radiator needed?

I agree I grind it flat and run a 1/4" barb in with some black rtv sealant and has always worked. But I will say don't over tighten though you only get one shot.

If you are careful you can tap the hole with a npt tap and screw a fitting in with sealant on it. It's thin so don't tighten it too much or it will strip.

If that doesnt work you can take it to a radiator shop as well and have a new end tank installed
