Busted this off today taking off the shroud.

Should I EVEN TRY to fix this or
Replace it?
I really didn’t want to buy a radiator at this point in time but I might be fugged.

Your thoughts?

The plastic nipple goes to the plastic coolant reservoir and coolant filter.

I may try to drill/ tap it and use a pipe thread brass nipple.

Hopefully there’s enough meat there to properly tap it.

Anyway tomorrow’s another day

I've seen brass barbed fitting screwed in and epoxies work just fine.

But what coolant are you using?

I was thinking that.

The first change that I did using it a mechanic asked me where I got the pink coolant from.

We ended up flushing it out for a water pump change out. But it is a good coolant.
