Bucking and Blue Smoke

I just did this the past weekend, was at burger king, flipped over to whisper, forgot to switch it back, and thought damn this things running very odd, doing the same thing, then realized I forgot to change it back.
Next reburn I'm taking it off!

Maybe it works better with split shot injectors, but it sure doesn't do much for the noise in my truck. I am still not convinced it was in this setting the whole time, but I sure do feel like a jack wagon for not noticing it earlier.

Thanks for people's help on this one. If the problem persists and I do change my o-rings, are the alliant brand OK, or should I stick to the motorcraft kit?
