I don't see 8k worth of parts in that list. Unless your factoring in some labor for install.

Turbo is gonna be your limiting factor...
No need for head studs with the stock turbo.

Your clutch will hold till you get a new turbo. FWIW I wouldn't push a single disk clutch over 500hp. Over 500hp a DD is the way to go. When your in the far studs are a no brainier, you will have the potential with those injectors to see 40+ lbs of boost.
Your going to get hot quick with those 40s though. Might want to start looking at ways to keep your EGTS down like water, intercooler, or turbo.

I would do studs while you have it that far apart. You may not "need" them but better safe than sorry

Right now I'm running my stock turbo, pretty much have the same mods otherwise. It's fun, but I need to get my h2e on asap, cuz it gets hot.

Looks like a nice build! Should be a fun truck on the street, you will be able to have it tuned down so you can tow what ever you want.

Hey Dave, are you running studs?

Just a stock 1.15 is your best bet! As for turbo id look into one of irates new s366 upgraded turbos they would make a mean street combo with those injectors! Studs push rods are a must! Intercooler and the right tuning egts should be a problem

I thought the oil crossover lines were a thing of the past? I have been under the impression for awhile that they weren't really beneficial, especially when you upgrade your HPOP.

Definitely look into getting the S471 on an Irate mount. It's a great turbo for the injectors your looking at. With the stock turbo and 250/100s, don't be surprised if you see 1400-1600+* at times, depending on how far you detune it. Heck I've seen over 1600* with mine several times and mine is intercooled.

Bottom end will be fine. Drive pressure will effect you turbos life, cylinder pressure will effect the head gaskets. With hybrids there is a risk of blowing gaskets.

For cylinder pressure do the glow plug delete mod and for drive pressure drill a couple holes in each up pipe, should relieve pressure real nice.....
