i had to take a little bracket off near the fuel tank on my diamond eye 5" to get it to clear. not really a big deal but i feel like for that power level 4" will more than suffice

I'm just considering the 200/30's and the s366 because it'll keep me from going overboard for a dd, lol I mainly drive my truck when I'm at work (godforsaken north Dakota) and to back home, tow on occasion, so I need a reliable setup, it sucks being broke down on a 700mi road trip

70 extra percent worth of nozzle is not gonna be what leaves you on the side of the road... i took plenty of road trips in my truck, and was a dd with 238/100's with no problems for over a year before i sold it. there is no downside going with 100 percent nozzles. its your truck, but me, and others are speaking from experience.

Currently have swamps tunes, wicked wheel, southbend clutch, 4 in exhaust, and 6637 intake. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with the PMR's...
I tow every now and then, not too often but when I tow it's generally 10k+ pounds. I am shooting for a reliable setup that will tow with ease yet be quick enough to please. I don't really have the balls to go for any more than 400 horses due to the rods, so I'm not expecting anything neck breaking fast.

I was thinking:

Reg return
200/30% injectors from swamps
S366 turbo
Intercooler
5in exhaust

Does anybody have personal suggestions, changes, or advice?

Aside from asking every customer what they like, ask Swamps directly what he would put in his truck given the same situation. Funny thing, I read the stats on the employee trucks there and many of them are running small injectors for their DD it appears. They have access to all sorts of toys yet they choose smaller injectors.

Ive read all the 30% vs 100% vs 200% threads so whatever has been discovered, I really don't care in that regard.

OP get what will work for you. You already have the 4" exhaust, why spend another 400 for a 5"???? Shoulda done it right the 1st time in that regard.

When I get my 7.3 set up, one of my upgrades will be a mishimoto radiator.
FWIW, I used to drive a school bus w/ the T444E and the radiator was a lot larger than ours but the motor was detuned. That kind of tells me that ford used what they thought would work for a stock application but I've read enough 'my truck is hot when it pulls' threads which makes me want to upgrade my radiator and intercooler. I think in stock form they are fine but w/ any upgrades I think the 7.3 benefits from the upgraded coolers for long term reliability. Having the extra power is useless if you can't take full advantage of it.

Shoot Swamps and email with your list and get quote and go for it.

Dave is running 200/200 which is what he suggested for me in the quote he sent and he uses those in his DD Ex. In an email from Dave: "my Excursion has @ 250k on it. I take it to the beach every year with the fam...and daily drive"

Swamps will steer you right.

Good luck.

FWIW, I would suggest going with what your tuner of choice recommends for sticks.

4" or 5" is just a personal choice. I have a 4" turbo back exhaust and the only thing I don't like is that it's just a single pipe. I wish I'd added the pipe to come out on the driver's side also: "duals", as some call it.
