Any reputable machine shop should be able to machine your pistons as well as balance the rotating assembly. Stock valves are inconel. Unless you are porting the heads and using bigger valves stock will be fine.

The stage 2 GH cam requires at min .050 valve relief on the exhaust valve at stock valve recession depending on how your head is set up will determine the relief needed. It is a good idea to do at min .050 across the board for reliefs. To take full advantage of the higher lift you are going to need extensive port work done.

Valve springs swamps stage 2s, irate high rev, comp beehives all will get the job done.

Are you trying to be competitive/ win or just have fun. Depending you will need more fuel and air for the class. Properly setup chassis will go a long way as well

350/200s with a street cam, Gen 3, good port job and a good machine shop putting a true 5 angle valve job will get you there, a few guys are running Ferrera valves and Manley springs now matched together. Put a good balancer on it and a swamps IDM to keep it at High rpm will make a solid 750hp...

750 on fuel is stretching it with 350/200s with any turbo setup much less a s464...
