I had the brake line pop that goes from the abs module to the passenger front caliper today. No parts available from ford. Was wondering if any body had any ideas or advice for me. My plan was to cut the flex part out that popped and splice a hard line in. Thanks.

I would find a good hydraulic shop and get them to make me one. Was it rubbing on something to cause it to pop?

do NOT do this..
1500 psi hydraulic pressure..

that line doesn't run all that way as flex.
Find the ends, take it out, get a spool of line to match the ID of the fittings and flare the ends (put the fittings on the line before you flare them)

when you make the new one, roll a couple of loops in it to take up any flex..
