Buying new icp sensor for my 6.0 what one do I buy?

Hey guys my truck build date was 4/2003 I was wondering what icp sensor do I want? I heard of people buying and using the ones from the updates 2004 and up and having better luck with them vs the 2003 one. Is this true is that the better one?

Also if it is better then the 2003 one do I need to change the wiring pig tail
Or anything?
