lol ok. im beating a dead horse. its possible but the average joe cant get behind the wheel. Being a shop owner, I wouldn't recommend this setup for towing. I know about matts lockout, I ran it with the 9180 when I tested it and told him to offer it to customers. ive been through all of this before. I hated it and yea it seems fun at first but it gets old. I tow 20k with 205s and cant get over 1200 degrees on a race file with the trailer behind me. I could let anyone get behind the wheel and they couldn't do much but destroy the trans. That's a tow friendly setup. Nobody wants that bs dead spot this charger has. and nobody wants to hear the sound of a single turbo 6.0 with a non vgt reved out with od locked out, not to mention the amount of fluid flow going on in the torque converter. I already talked to op about his truck and all the better options he has available. his truck will actually tow and make more power than a 64mm.
to answer the hp question, its imposible. I haven't seen decent results from a 6.0 since injectors became so cheaply made. you get what you pay for. turbo isn't even half of the recipe. the injection system needs to work flawlessly. if that's the case you should see between 600-640 hp out of it.
