190/75's and a pmax with 15k behind me all day. 64/71 with a .70a/r still wasn't enough to keep the charger lit well enough to pull anything over 8k without getting hot up grades. Hated that turbo. .83 would have made it way worse. Ran both housings on my 62/68. I cruise with 8psi at 75mph with a 78mm under it.

im at 7psi at 75 with 62 and 83

of course the smoke would be stupid. kinda like towing with 225s and a 66 hahaha.

Can't say I agree. I towed about 10,000lbs all the way to South Georgia and back with 225/100's and a S366.
Gearhead wrote me a nice tow tune where I could cancel O/D with the T/H button(I didn't have to use the button much). The truck did just fine and didn't smoke a lot at all. I don't pussy foot when I tow either.

Obviously a lot of it has to do with tuning and the person behind the wheel but it can be done with ease IMO.

So if the charger can outflow a cast 66mm ... there would be more hp potential correct?

lol ok. im beating a dead horse. its possible but the average joe cant get behind the wheel. Being a shop owner, I wouldn't recommend this setup for towing. I know about matts lockout, I ran it with the 9180 when I tested it and told him to offer it to customers. ive been through all of this before. I hated it and yea it seems fun at first but it gets old. I tow 20k with 205s and cant get over 1200 degrees on a race file with the trailer behind me. I could let anyone get behind the wheel and they couldn't do much but destroy the trans. That's a tow friendly setup. Nobody wants that bs dead spot this charger has. and nobody wants to hear the sound of a single turbo 6.0 with a non vgt reved out with od locked out, not to mention the amount of fluid flow going on in the torque converter. I already talked to op about his truck and all the better options he has available. his truck will actually tow and make more power than a 64mm.
to answer the hp question, its imposible. I haven't seen decent results from a 6.0 since injectors became so cheaply made. you get what you pay for. turbo isn't even half of the recipe. the injection system needs to work flawlessly. if that's the case you should see between 600-640 hp out of it.
