At 70+ pounds of boost what did drive pressure look like? Instead of driving a single so hard why not go with a "basic" compound set? 66/80 and gate it down to the boost you want. Keeps the chargers happy and the engine. I'm sure there is a reason a single is on it, just thinking out loud.

Looks like a cast wheel, and if it barks a lot maybe going to a FMW or Billet wheel will help.

Its what I had. There is a gate on it but it didn't open. The 83 wheel is too small with the .90 housing. Going bigger. I like the single for simplicity

Let me translate this...I sank a boatload of money into rebuilding after a fresh rebuild. This is what I had, my wastegate doesn't work. I'm too broke while in school to put compounds on it.
