So... odd issue. Was spooling up the truck to run a vette the other day and it fell on its face mid spool. After 2k rpms it lit and hit full rp. Anything under 2k and it is sluggish as hell. Can't brake spool anymore and no codes

Mines doin the same chit, I can get one good foot brake out of it a day.When convertor gets hot mine won't do chit on the foot brake. Zero boost and when u let off the brake it still don't wana hardly move

I beat the living hell out of it this weekend. Still going strong. Craig thinks it's a map sensor

Im sayin like at the track. Lol. I ran one qualifying pass at rudys Saturday for the 7.0 class. Ran a 7.05. 1st round of eliminations truck wouldn't spool on the foot brake. Lost to a truck running 7.58.

Sounds like your convertor got super loose. Won't load the chargers so it won't fuel. Once it gets going and sees some boost it fuels. That was my problem with to high of a stall. When I had the 2200 in it worked great.

Yep. I did that multiple times with my precision. The DPC ones seemed to be fine until this last one. Couldn't brake spool for ****. The other ones would but they would eventually blow threw the lockup clutch.

So what's the solution on a good converter that will last??
