Carrillo Rod/ARP Rod bolt torque

Hey guys, so my carrillos came with ARPs, not sure which ones they are as they're not marked. Anyone know? I tried looking up the marking on the head of the bolts but couldn't find anything. It's ARP -19 01. They're at 55ft/lbs right now, but want to make sure.
