Cast turbo elblow

Is anyone else blowing the cast elbow off the high pressure turbo?

Probaly have to strap it. Not sure how you would , but I'm sure there's a way.

Not that ive heard. Turbos and that bracket are bolted down so theres no place for it to go.

This is the 4th time I've blown it off and yes its bolted down. I might delete all the crap off the top of it and make a custom pipe with v-bands

I worked on a truck that blew it off and it yanked the treads out of the rocker pannel.
it was a pita

Wow. Thats ****ty. Replaced with new gaskets every time? Try running a metal strap from the vgt coolant tank to the actuator hold down flange. Intresting to hear.

60 psi into that prob isn't helping most guys only run 30 or so into that

Still spools decent with that huge leak. I fixed the Ic pipe last night, I thought it was the only leak but I guess not. :fustrate:

Ive got a few Ideas to strap in tight before I make my own.
