cheap/free mods for 7.3

Hi, I just bought a 2000 7.3 powerstroke and I was wondering what things I can do to it that are either free or cheap? thanks for looking

Search for zoodad, 6637, high idle, fuel bowl heater delete, harpoon. There should be write ups for all of them. I'm sure there are a few more I forgot.

The 6637 intake is under a hundred bucks from riffraff. I'd start with that then exhaust and gauges.

for the 6637 filter all you need a 4in piece of exhaust pipe, you can pick a filter up at your local parts store, i got mine at carquest its about 40 bucks for the filter. All youll need to do is trim the old intake housing a bit to make it fit.

The 4" diameter pipe (any muffler shop) will be used to couple your existing stock intake boot and your new 6637 filter (available at NAPA)
Shouldn't need more than a few inches of the 4" pipe (3-5" long)

Nothing or very little is cheap or free on a diesel. But start with a intake, exhaust, and tune.
