Hey guys. I'm curious on the fass products for the 6.7. Has anyone installed one and had noticeable gains. Looking for some extra power without breaking the bank. Thanks

Others I'm sure will chime in but a fass fuel pump isn't going to add power but just help maintain rail pressure with high power tunes etc

Actually some say that the factory LPFP is good for 700 + so a FASS would have little to no change in power mpg etc, factory is also more reliable then a FASS.

I would do a H&S LPFP or Fuel Lab before a FASS if needed.

The only thing that could be gained is a little better filtration with a FASS unless you are shooting for some big numbers.

Next step for more power after deleting.

11-14

2015 retro kit with a street max or non vgt with 15 HPFP or dual fueler.

15

street max for 15 or a non vgt setup.

Street max retro kit and dual fueler 600+ RWHP.

Some say over 600+ on stock rods you are "gambling" and some say 600 you are fine on stock rods , if you are planning on doing a setup like this I would talk to Mike at No Limit Fabrication or Morgan at Midwest Diesel and see what they say.

If your going duel fuel then get a non vgt to actually use the fuel you will have. If you want right at 600 then a streetmax and a 15 pump will do.

I wouldn't dual fuel a stock 2015 retro. 2015 hpfp or run a different (or modded 2015) turbo. Just my opinion.

yep i would talk to me. and yes 600 with dual fuelers and a street max is VERY doable . probably want a wastegate added to the mix though. i can set you up and walk you thru any questions and options, as no limit sells any and every turbo kit and fueler on the market. lots of options.

Nothing. Anything more is an added bonus but not a dire necessity.

To be honest, you don't NEED the 2015 pump to run the 2015 turbo. It's a good bump in power with just the retrofit kit and custom tuning.

I'm not even sure how we went from an unneeded lift pump to a hpfp and turbo swap.

What are your current mods?
what do you use your truck for
What are your power goals?
what is your budget?

Modded 15 turbo. Then if that's not enough add more fuel. But a StreetMax and a good custom tune is 100hp gain all day as long as your stock hpfp is healthy.

The factory lpfp has sustained much more hp than the stock rods will handle, and upgrading the lpfp will net you zero power gains. If you want different filter setup, fine. But for power, it's not needed. For reference two of my 6.7's run dual fuelers on a stock lift pump. One makes 750 on fuel and has made nearly 1200 on nitrous.... On a stock lift pump, dual fuelers and modded 15 turbo.

Lmk if there is anything I can do. We can set up an intake, turbo and tune package to go perfectly together. Plus a lot more if you want. I am sure we can get you something fun and affordable.

We developed our low pressure fuel system out of necessity. We saw pressure drops in the low pressure fuel system at around the 600-650 hp mark. I think, just like everything else in this world, every truck is going to see a pressure drop at a different point. Some will see it at a higher point, some will see it at a lower point. It's just like rods- some people have had failures around 600 hp already. We saw the Breaking Point 6.7 make multiple dyno pulls over 700 hp with a peak of 884 uncorrected without a rod issue. Telling someone they don't need to worry about a low pressure pump because you have made over X amount of hp with a stock pump is like us telling someone they don't need rods up to 884 hp because we didn't see an issue at that point. Just my opinion.
